Gramly AI ("we", "our", or "us") is an AI-powered platform for Instagram content creation, analytics, and growth. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our services at gramly.co and app.gramly.co.

Account Information

Name and email address when you create an account.

Instagram Data

When you connect your Instagram account, we access the following data through the official Meta Instagram API:

• Profile information (username, bio, profile picture, follower and following counts)
• Your posts, captions, and media
• Account insights and analytics (reach, impressions, engagement)
• Direct messages (if enabled by you, for AI-powered analysis)

We only access data you explicitly authorize.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate AI-powered content recommendations for your account
• Analyze your account performance and provide insights
• Publish content to Instagram on your behalf
• Analyze your direct messages to identify customer patterns and FAQs
• Provide and improve our services

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following service providers to operate our platform:

• Google (Gemini AI) — Your post captions, media, and messages are processed by Google's AI to generate content recommendations and analysis
• Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
• Meta / Instagram — Publishing content back to your account

Each provider only receives the data necessary for its function. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Your Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Restrict or object to processing of your data
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (revoke Instagram access through Instagram settings or by contacting us)

To request data deletion, visit our Data Deletion page or email marc@gramly.co. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
