Data Deletion Request

1. What Data We Store

When you use Gramly AI and connect your Instagram account, we store the following data:

  • Your account information (name, email address)
  • Instagram profile information (username, bio, profile picture, follower/following counts)
  • Instagram media data (posts, stories, reels, captions, hashtags)
  • Instagram insights and analytics (engagement rates, reach, impressions)
  • Comments and messages metadata
  • Content plans and AI-generated recommendations created within Gramly

2. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of all your data by sending an email to marc@gramly.co with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Gramly account
  • The Instagram username connected to your account

3. What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your deletion request, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
  • Delete all your personal data and Instagram data from our systems within 30 days
  • Deactivate your Gramly account
  • Revoke all connections to your Instagram and Facebook accounts

Please note that once your data is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. You will need to create a new account and reconnect your Instagram account if you wish to use Gramly again.

4. Data Retained for Legal Compliance

In some cases, we may be required to retain certain data for up to 90 days after your deletion request to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any retained data will be securely deleted after this period.
